merge contents of Blitz websites into the README.md file (?)

There are quite a lot of place where we can find info on Blitz (besides blitz docs which is another story/TODO item):

• http://blitz.sourceforge.net/
• http://www.math.unipd.it/%7Emichela/OP.htm (contents of the former oonumerics.org)
• various README-like files within Blitz
• SF.net forum archives

It would be great to merge this all together and update.

All content from http://blitz.sourceforge.net/ has now been integrated into the wiki and there is a redirect at the SF website now.
