Publish blink-fs extension on https://open-vsx.org/

Please publish the blink-fs extension on https://open-vsx.org/ so that it can easily be installed on a self hosted code-server instance.

Hello.

This extension is only to enable local or remote access to file system.

1. code-server is providing remote file system access itself.
2. code-server will be same less powerful as vscode.net with blink-fs extension.

All keyboard / gestures features from blink will work without blink-fs.

May be I missing smth, please explain your use case.

To be able to enjoy full use of the code command to access local and remote files via my own code-server instance.
