Improve first run / install experience

I'm looking into automatically installing the Windows App SDK Runtime and .NET Runtime if needed. I'm not sure exactly what form this will take.

More research required.

This partially to lower the odds of issues like #3

Until automatic installation is implemented, please provide a description of the dependencies, including the required .NET versions. I noticed that .NET v9 is not compatible—QuickDraw does not recognize it.

upd: just now reinstalled v8 .Net, and restarted a PC, and QD does not starts anyway.

The only thing the current version requires is .net desktop runtime 5. It prompts for the download of the correct version if it's not installed, click yes when it asks, download the file and run that.

If for whatever reason that isn't working the link for the proper .net version is here

https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-5.0.17-windows-x64-installer

If you are building the new unreleased version yourself, well the .net version required and app sdk version required change semi regularly as I work on it, and VS should tell you the version needed
