Can't download anything. "SceDownload change_state DC0 failed: 0x80431068"

Open luislos70 opened this issue 1 year ago • 9 comments

Hardware: [PSV] Version of firmware: 3.65 Version of PKGj: 0.57

Steps to reproduce the issue

Try to download any game

Obtained result: SceDownload change_state DC0 failed: 0x80431068 Expected result: Download the game

So I don't know exactly why this happened, again. I had this issue before, so I formatted my vita and hacked it again, downloaded a few games and was working fine until today when I got this error message again. I have like 100gb left on my microsd card, all my plugins work fine and my internet connection works fine.

There's only one thing in common in both of these situations. I tried to download The 3rd Birthday, didn't work, and the error started to appear in both situations. I don't want to do all of this again though so please if somebody can help me I would appreciate it a lot, and I promise to not try to download that shitty game again.

have you found a fix?

.....if you aren't connected to the internet, its obviously not going to be able to download anything from the internet.

I can't connect though and it's an issue with the vita not the internet

Genwedge avatar Feb 21 '25 23:02 Genwedge

ok? Doesn't have anything to do with this project though. Figure out whats wrong, fix it, and try downloading something. If you get an error, THEN you come back.

it literally does tho I got an error which is the same one that the poster had😂

Guys Has anyone else tried this? Others on reddit told me it worked for them too. If not, I suggest try another network or restarting your modem, it seems to be related to those "setup aspects" of the network connection. Sorry I'm not an expert.
