Sounds like an ADB issue. I'm not an expert with ADB, but could you use `adb devices` and see if you get any errors?
Mods aren't supported. But they _might_ just work if you build the APK with a modified version of Balatro, and copy your saves.
I'm tempted to allow the APK as a _source_ for building an unofficial APK _with_ debug flags. But that's out-of-scope for now.
That's a file permission error. Do you have any of the source files open in another program? Try to manually delete the Balatro folder and try again.
You can change the package name by modifying the `AndroidManifest.xml` file in `Balatro-APK-Patch.zip`
