Support for language-python 0.5.0

Is there a chance we could get an update that supports language-python version 0.5.0?

Hi @peti the latest code in github should be working with language-python 0.5.0.

I'm still testing it and fixing a few things, but please feel free to test it yourself. I'd be very happy for any feedback you have.

Our infrastucture is geared towards building packages from Hackage, I'm afraid. It's not trvial to run those CI builds from a "random" git repository.
