About the role of PCA

Hi, congratulations on your excellent job! https://github.com/bjing2016/subspace-diffusion/blob/057822775fa4106709f9d445b44944c17896ce56/upsampling.py#L25-L33 I find that the upsampling_fn just increases the resolution of the input. I want to know whether the PCA analysis is useful in this process.
