Add proper documentation for the library portion of ghost

This gem looks amazing, but unfortunately I did't manage to make it work inside my own gem... :(

How can I use ghost add mydevsite.local inside my ruby code? I've read a lot of the code of this gem - mainly focused on spec files in order to try to understand to whole picture - but i'm still confused.
