License missing for the docs

Hi,

While reading the CLA for my first contribution (#158), I noticed that this repo is missing a license. I would like to clarify the license first before I can sign the CLA as otherwise normal copyright would apply which is very limiting (ref: https://choosealicense.com/no-permission/).
