Handle vue-qrcode-reader 5.0.0 breaking changes

We recently switched to using vue-qrcode-reader for vue3 QR code support; since then there have been several further package updates, including breaking changes introduced in v5.0.0 onwards.

Uplift package, handle breaking changes as mentioned in the release notes: https://github.com/gruhn/vue-qrcode-reader/releases/tag/v5.0.0

Describe alternatives you've considered

Don't update.

Additional context

The updates seem to address several worthwhile bug fixes.
