Remove Default Encrypt Password

Describe the bug Hi there, I had an issue open on the previous repo, which was left unfinished.

To Reproduce During one of the updates to the app, the "Encrypt Password" was introduced. By default, it was turned on. As a result, users were blocked from sending funds, or using any other function of the wallet (like an export). The only solution was to reinstall the app and import your seed phrase.

Expected behaviour The Encrypt Password should have been OFF by default, giving the user the option to choose whether or not to use this.

Additional context For those users who did not preserve their seed phrase, they are locked out from their funds.

Proposal In the next update, please toggle Encrypt Password to be OFF, therefore allowing users without access to their seed phrase, to move their money.
