I get this Error when ever I try to create a wallet '[bwc.ErrorCONNECTION_ERROR: Wallet service connection error]'

When runing application it works well but whenever i try to create a key it displays, ''Error creating key: Wallet service connection error" how can I solve this, i have tried to run a service locally but still the same error, please i need help and i am willing to pay
