What to do after docker image creation?

I try to run the docker image (that I created with the included dockerfile) but nothing happens when I run it. I was hoping that someone could tell me a bit more detailed instructions to get this to work. thanks!

Note: I'm using this project as a docker learning curve. My goal is to access the Insight API from a browser. I'm trying to get this to work now for several days. So I hope someone can just put down some hints in the right direction.
