utxo pay-to-public-key crashes user balance/utxos

If i generate new transaction with pay-to-public-key utxo, after transaction confirmation, the utxo is not used to calculate user balance/utxos. Like it not exists.

Other web blockchain explorers like blockchain.info, blockcypher.com show correct balance/utxos.
