Bitcore node not synchronized

I im deploying a BWS server. As a BWS is a plugin of Bitcore Node, so ... Whats happens if one Bitcore node is not synchronized? Will be possible run more than one Bitcore node and say to BWS that needs to check in each bitcore node (for example one in USA, other in EUROPE and other in ASIA) and get a decision?
