BITMAKER-3655 Feature environments: Automatic workflow for preview deployment of estela-web

Description

Develop a github action that automatically deploys estela-web whenever a contributor does a PR modifying estela-web folder.

Tasks:

• Develop the workflow with github actions.
• Show a preview of the new web on the PR comments (link to deployment).

Completion criteria:

• Modify some part of estela-web, make a PR and show a preview.
