Number of leechers sent to the *arr stack is sometimes a negative number

Describe the bug

As the title says, the results sent by bitmagnet to sonarr sometimes have a negative number of leechers.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add Bitmagnet as a torznab indexer
2. Do an interactive search

Expected behavior

only positive numbers 0+ for the numbers of leechers

Environment Information (Required)

• Bitmagnet version: 0.9.0
• OS and version: Kubuntu 22.04
