Bug: Sound gets distorted after few hours of continuos listening

Describe the bug When I play music the whole day from spotify, after few hours sound gets increasingly more distorted until its completely unlistenable - deactivating and activating eqmac fixes the issue. I had the same problem on different devices - Macbook M1 and now on Mac Mini M4

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play music for few hours from spotify when eqmac is active
2. At one point audio gets slowly increasigly distorted until completely unlistenable
3. Activate and deactivate eq mac to fix for few hours again

Expected behaviour Sound doesnt get distorted even after hours of listening

Setup information:

• Audio device used for playback: [HRT Streamer HD USB DAC]
• Audio transmission interface: [USB]
• macOS Version: [15.7.1 tho was happening on older versions too (didnt try 26, sorry)]
• eqMac Version App: 1.8.12 Driver: 2.6.0 Interface: 5.4.1 is what i have currently but i tried different versions, older and newest/beta, they all do that

Screenshots or Console.app logs not applicable

Additional Info Not sure if that can be part of the issue, but i use preamp on -21dB because my dac and amp doesnt have volume control.
