make html fails
The README seems to be missing some info, as I followed the instructions and yet the "make html" fails:-

Hi @rebroad, if u see the output pasted above, u can see in the 4th line from below that sphinx-build is not found. Please go to this Stackoverflow link to fix this issue and then try again. I think it would run without any problem.
