I could keep waiting to merge this until I have time to fix the e2e testing infrastructure, but it may be months before I get back to focusing on bitauth-ide, so seems better to just ship it so ide.bitauth.com gets updated. (alpha.ide.bitauth.com has been quite solid, I designed https://github.com/bitjson/jedex in there.)
