Something went wrong with the last commit

I wonder what happened in the last commit that made Github think that everything in the library has been changed. The current state of the GIT tree makes it impossible to know what has changed from the previous version. Perhaps there is a way to revert the changes and re-commit them again in a way that does not overwrite the whole tree?
