Revoke my push access

Thanks again for putting up this nice little package and granting me push access to it. However, I am not going to develop it further as I came to the conclusion that a command-line tool would suit the intended purpose better than an editor plugin. In this regard, I am focusing my attention on https://github.com/pykong/copier instead.

Could you hence please revoke my push access? (I seem I can not do it myself.)

As a parting gift I have given the code base a little love:

• formatting
• some minor fixes
• update to the readme, even with a nice batch
• adding CI (tests are running red for Linux machines only due to a problem with the runner itself: https://github.com/SublimeText/UnitTesting/issues/171)

I am also going to fix the uplink to packagecontrol: https://github.com/wbond/package_control_channel/pull/7837
