[FeatureRequest] move the snapshot directory

Don't know how post an Issue or FeatureRequest on Launchpad. Hope this way is ok?

When changing the snapshot folder of a profile BIT should migrate all snapshots from the old to the new place.

Currently the old place get lost and BIT start at the new place from scratch.
