[Feature]: Add a Pre-Loader

Description:

I would like to suggest adding a custom loading screen to enhance the user experience on the platform. This feature will allow for a more engaging and branded loading process. I have already designed the components and am willing to implement them.

Proposed Changes:

Pre-Loader: A minimilistic loading screen that matches the website's color scheme and looks elegant and clean.

Design:

Implementation Plan:

  • Create reusable components for the loading screen.
  • Integrate these components into the existing layout.
  • Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
