Changed UniProt REST API

The UniProt KB has revamped its REST API, with a new URL and changed parameter names (https://www.uniprot.org/help/api). While fetching entries still works (for now), the doctests and tests involving search() fail, probably due to the new size option, which seems to replace the number option.
