Refactor CathInstallation to support daily snapshots

CATH releases daily snapshots. It would be very nice to be able to access these in BioJava. Currently it's not easy to work with these in CathInstallation. We should add an option to set the correct paths automatically.

It would also be nice to be able to load CATH domains from a cath-b-newest-all.gz file, as opposed to requiring that BioJava manage the whole download process.
