how to run MAC with multiple contigs

Hi, I can't really understand how to merge multiple contigs from different assembly. I cannot find any manual to use this program and I need some help thanks in advance, Maria

If you have multiple contig files (over 3) to merge, please try to merge any two of them first, then merge the result with the other files iteratively.
