bioconvert Join the team (post here to be added to the bioconvert team)

Everybody is welcome to contribute a converter or a method in a converter. Simply reply to this issue and you will be added to the bioconvert team.

Edit: After you post here, we will email you an invitation through github to join the bioconvert team.

Any plan to add support format for proteins (PDB to FASTA) or small molecules (MOL2, PDB, SDF to SMILES) ?

Hi @PhilippeNoel1,

The development of bioconvert depends on needs. So, if you need these converters, please post related issues (one issue for each converter if possible). You can copy issues like: https://github.com/biokit/bioconvert/issues/142 .

Then, if you have have already some of the converters, you can pull request them. If you don't, in order to provide a good conversion, please refer all the documentation needed by the developers.
