Camera is still broken, app thinks the permission is granted, but the camera wont work. All other permissions seem to work. PermissionManager is not hooked and will still show the (now disfunctional) user choice.

Maybe we should filter notifications, since all user choices of enabled/disabled notifications are forced to enabled

I've added this side effect as a warning/information to the modules ReadMe. This should be enough.
