Update causes TotalTerminal and Update to hang

Open frediy opened this issue 12 years ago • 6 comments

Whenever I install a new update while Total Terminal is running the 'Update TotalTerminal' window stays in the state 'Installing update...'.

Switching between tabs in TotalTerminal is fine, but whatever is typed into bash is only registered after switching to another tab and back again.

In order to get out of the situation I have to kill the Terminal-app.

Specs: Macbook Air Mac OSX 10.7.5

Running the following in separate tabs: rails 3.2.13 server rails 3.2.13 command line guard 1.8.1 bash

I'm sorry. Won't be able to troubleshoot this with you.

I don't understand. Is there not enough information about the issue, or is it perhaps not prudent/common? Please let me know if there is anything I can do to aid you guys.

I'm sorry if this sounded rude. I just don't have time to try to reproduce this on 10.7.5 system or troubleshoot it with you over skype/hangouts.

This is probably an isolated issue related to your machine. I'm not getting similar reports from other users. Let's leave it open and wait for others if this is a more common problem.

No offense taken at all. Just seeking to understand the circumstances :) I'll try to get more details when the problem occurs again.
