Spits lots of 502s on default config (docker)

Currently trying to set up several web proxies for a comparison showcase, and womginx is giving me a hard time. I installed Docker (latest) and docker-compose (latest). docker-compose up -d works, but visiting websites results in lots of 502 errors in requests.
