[FEATURE] Add total number of Prosecutors (dynamic)

Something like, "we currently have [x] prosecutors listed."

Alternatively: "there are [x] prosecutors total. we currently have [x]."

If no one is currently working on this feature I would like to work on it as a part of a school project and as my first contribution on GitHub.

PR #163 looks like would solve this issue but haven't been merged in over two years.

Is this repo abandoned?
