RFE: ctrl + drag for zoom into area

ctrl + drag is an extremely convenient way of getting to specific area from zoomed-out map (mapy.cz use it for instance), so it would be nice to have it in map1, too.

Openlayers standard way is Shift + drag, I add also Ctrl + drag, but sometimes (in printing) I need this key to selecting areas.
