routing - bike - avoid motorroad by default

Bike routing should be avoided the way {motorroad = yes}.

For example, bike routing, from Brno to Prostějov. Until Vyškov it's ok ({highway = motorway}), but then the route is on R46 road.

Routing is provided by yournavigation.org. Map1.eu native navigation is planned. But not a question of now a days. Thanks for bug commit.
