routing - avoid highways/tolls missing

In routing menu, there IMHO should be settings - avoid highways, avoid toll roads, etc.

I am not sure thatyoursnavigation.org has this settings. Improving of routing will come together with native routing service, that is planned in the future. Thx for bug submision.
