Steps to reproduce behavior

Followed the steps of https://developer.bigcommerce.com/stencil-docs/ZG9jOjIyMDcwMA-installing-stencil-cli Setup Stencil in windows 10. All steps were successful.

Downloaded Cornerstone template, unzip it

stencil init is successful: stencil init --url https://xxxxx.mybigcommerce.com --token xxxxxxxx --port 3000 ? What API Host would you like to use? https://api.bigcommerce.com Set API host to: https://api.bigcommerce.com You are now ready to go! To start developing, run $ stencil start
The token is from an account which Stencil-CLI Access level is publish theme
Environment
Stencil-cli version stencil --version:
stencil --version
3.12.0
Node version node -v:
node -v
v12.22.11
NPM version npm -v:
npm -v
6.14.16
OS: windows 10.

The token was created several hours before I use it.
@findcaiyzh Does other types of stencil cli token work for you?
Is your stencil url really https://xxxxx.mybigcommerce.com/ with the xxxx being the hash? The hash should come after store-.
It should be https://store-xxxxx.mybigcommerce.com/
I have the same problem. Have you solved it?
