Variation Details, Update Quantity, Apply Coupon missing on cart page

Expected behavior

After adding any product to cart, product's variation details should also be there but it is not being displayed. Apart from variation details. I can not update the quantity on cart page. Also, there is no option to apply coupon here.

Actual behavior

After adding the product to cart following things should be visible and functional:

• Product variation details
• Update quantity
• Apply Coupon
• Gran Total

Steps to reproduce behavior

1. Visit product page. For reference, providing a product URL: https://wp.bidetsplus.com/brondell-swash-em617.html
2. Change Variation option from dropdown (This is important step).
3. Add product to cart
