Cannot enable dictation for CC

Hi, I need to enable the dctation for close captions, mut the button remain disabled. I've looked for a configuration file to enable it but I cannot find it. you find the config file under; bbb-docker/mod/html5/bbb-html5.yml

but than u have to build the container yourself, with docker compose build x-html5-backend
