Allow hidePresentation to be set in room configuration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Whether it is better to hide the presentation by default or not strongly depends on the purpose of a BBB conference.

If the conference mainly serves as a video chat, hiding the presentation by default is very convenient. In class room situations it might usually be better to show it by default, but there could also be the opposite situation. And when the conference is a a talk with one presenter showing his slides to an audience of users without BBB experience, it is really problematic to have hidePresentation enabled because newly joining attendees will constantly complain about not seeing the presentation (at least until the presentator switches slides, when restoreOnUpdate is true).

So, if your BBB deployment needs to serve all these use cases, it is not possible to set a satisfactory default value for hidePresentation.

Describe the solution you'd like One should be able to override the default value for hidePresentation via the room configuration.
