Drag-to-open page to the sidebar

Ability to drag an url into the sidebar to open it on a new tab, and if it isn't a url, then try searching it with the browser's default search type. I'm used to this from the real Arc browser.

NICE FEATURE, i forgot arc and firefox even do that at first place lol
