@njbbaer thanks for interesting to our project. Our results was integrated to ruDALL-E project and can be used directly using dwt=True (https://github.com/sberbank-ai/ru-dalle/blob/master/rudalle/vae/__init__.py#L11)
@RyPoints Because this is just POC, we train our extended model for a few iterations using small resources. Checkpoint shows the workability of the idea but doesn't provide production quality....

Yes, for latest version of BIOS, kernel customization not need.
