Deleted programs requiring a "refresh List"

I've recently noticed that If I delete a program using Leanfront that it gets the deleted tag added but remains in the list of current programs until I select the Refresh List at the bottom.

This is a change from previous versions.

Is this in the "recently viewed" list, the "related videos" list, the "all" list, or the "default" list.

For some of the lists, you can control in the settings whether you want to see deleted recordings oin the list,

In this case, it was a News category recording. So the left margin list was "News". Normally in the row with the current news programs, if I delete one it switches to the Deleted category and disappears from the News category. Just not lately. This morning I just refreshed and it moved.

I tried it and I do not see it happening. I see it removed immediately from the current row. Perhaps it was just taking a long time? Does it happen consistently or is it sporadic?

It's a rare problem. Maybe a timing issue like you said.
