Word Document Tables

After updating R (version 4.3.1) and RStudio (RStudio 2023.06.1+524 "Mountain Hydrangea"), when I use a word document output in R markdown, the tables no longer print nicely like they did before. Now it is standard R output in the word document rather than a table. Is there a plan to update this package soon? Thank you!

Sorry for the delay. I actually could not reproduce it. It still looks okay for me. Could you provide more detail please, and maybe a small example?
