menu_card_dir: translation of thumbnail title & alternative not possible

Description
Using "Cards of Subpages" within a multilanguage website the thumbnail title & alternative in the default language is always shown and can't be translated into additional languages. Even after deleting the default language title & alternative and switching back to the translated meta data of the thumbnail image in fileadmin the wrong data keeps showing....only deleting and adding a new thumbnail image is generating correct translations after adding filemeta data translations before. (But this isn't mentioned anywhere to editors....)
Steps to Reproduce
- Add a thumbnail image in default language and add title and alternative
- translate the page (Thumbnail image is not shown in tab apparence
- switch to the frontend page and check the default language (title and alt are visible)
- check the translated page and there is the default title and alternative
- delete in BE the default title and alternative
- add the needed translations to the thumbnail image in fileadmin
- Clear all caches
- in the default language the thumbnail in FE has the correct title & alternative
- in the translated language the thumbnail in FE still has the old wrong default title
Expected behavior: The thumbnail image has in all languages his specific translated title and alternative either via page settings or file metadata
Actual behavior: mixed up translations, see above
Versions
TYPO3 v 9.5.8 Bootstrap Package 11.0.0 - Translations in connected mode
I have the same behaviour in 8.7.28 and 8.7.32 with bootstrap_package 10.0.3. I never see a possibility to translate the thumbnail within the other languages' properties.
