version 1.1.4 return Error: exit status 2: update failed: SERVFAIL

I don't know maybe readme wasn't updated or what, but 1.1.4 return SERVFAIL even try to create new host. I used docker-compose. Logs show nothing. version 1.1.1 works perfect without problem

Can not reproduce the error. Can you provide some steps to reproduce?
