Migrate to rest-client 2.0

Migrate to rest-client and be compliant with rails 5.0.

Hi @johnnoone,

thanks a lot for your pull request. Can you please change the version requirement to be >= 1.8 and < 3.0? This way it will not break for people unable to upgrade to rest-client 2.0 for some reason.
