Queens just ignore energy in a Terminal. Some of SirLovi's attacked rooms are starving even though his Terminals are full of energy. Make the terminal their fallback source.

Queens go outside of the bunker's ramparts when they try to avoid swamp tiles because roads are missing ... and die. Have queens weight swamp tiles like plain tiles.
