Changed the default hotkey to Shift+Alt+Down instead, to avoid the "Couldn't register hotkey" error on computers such as mine, which has Ctrl+Alt+Down set up to rotate the monitor. Added a config file to let the user change it back if he wants. The user can also use Up instead of Down, or M instead of either Up or Down, but those are the only choices for now.

SMSourov added files for installing the program to Windows.

who can rebuild a new version with this feature? I have also encountered the same problem.

I can confirm this bug still exists on Windows 11. I'm using RBTray 4.14
