Will the foundation influence which projects are accepted?
All .NET Foundation projects are expected to contribute to the .NET ecosystem in some direct way.
- Initial evaluation of community health
- Needs to be directly .NET related
- Otherwise anything goes <- this is the one that most applies
This will ensure that all PR's are of a suitably high quality, because all contributors will need to have signed the cla.
We can't be letting any old dross in!!
The problem with you .Net people is your thinking is always so narrow. As this is such a far reaching library I would recommend the Linux foundation
