Flexible structures for walking

Walk should use file.stringify and presets modules for walking thru file system.

@awinogradov Please link to places what this feature blocking.

For now we really want to implement this piece of shit to enb before implementing features like this. But later when it will be done it would be nice to have some links to places that needs fixes to get correct priority.

We have a meeting with @blond about this and decided to rework walk package a little.

This should be closed after: https://github.com/bem/bem-sdk/issues/282 Guess it can be moved there and closed as a dup. Sorry 😞
